Fertility After 40
The tendency to delay childbearing in order to pursue an education and career has meant that more women in their late 30s and early 40s are attempting conception for the first time. In my case, it was not that I had put off starting a family due to my career. It was just not something my husband wanted to do (he already had a son). At the time, I was okay with this decision. It was only until my second marriage that I realized that it was very important to me to have a family. Dr Arthur L Wisot has written a great review that describes the steps that I went through or considered in my infertility journey. He writes clearly and concisely in a very friendly supportive fashion. I enjoyed the article and would have liked to have found this when I was getting on the infertility roller-coaster ride.
